How we use your clients' email addresses

In plain language: a business enters its own clients' emails so PayChaser can send that business's invoices. That is the only job those addresses do here.

Who enters the addresses

Businesses that use PayChaser AI enter their own clients' names and email addresses — the same clients they already invoice by other means. PayChaser AI does not buy, rent, scrape, or collect client email lists from any other source.

What the addresses are used for — and only for

  • Sending that business's invoice to its client.
  • Sending that business's automatic follow-up reminders for that invoice (by default at +1, +7, +14, and +30 days after the due date, in the Friendly, Professional, or Firm tone the business chose).
  • Sending a thank-you / receipt note when that invoice is paid in full.

That is the full list. An address entered by one business is used only for that business's invoices.

Replies go to the business

If a client replies to an invoice or reminder email, the reply goes to the business that sent the invoice — not to a PayChaser AI sales or support queue. The conversation stays between the business and its client, where it belongs.

Never sold, never used for PayChaser marketing

Client email addresses are never sold, never rented, and never shared with advertisers. They are never used to market PayChaser AI itself. A client of one business will never receive a PayChaser AI advertisement because their address was entered for invoicing.

How a client can ask for reminders to stop

Reminders are tied to an open invoice from a specific business, so the fastest route is to contact that business directly (for example, by replying to the invoice email) and ask them to pause or stop the chase — or to pay / resolve the invoice, which stops reminders automatically.

Businesses using PayChaser AI can pause or stop the automatic chase for any invoice at any time from inside the app. When the chase is stopped, or the invoice is paid in full or cancelled, no further reminders are sent for that invoice.

If you believe an address was entered in error, contact the business that sent the invoice first. If you cannot reach them, you can also reach PayChaser AI via our Contact page and we will help route the request.
