Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PayChaser AI (the “Service”), a product of Danel Express Inc., a Canadian corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

PayChaser AI helps businesses create and send invoices, schedule automatic follow-up reminder emails, and offer clients ways to pay:

  • Invoice creation and sending: Create invoices with line items and taxes and send them to your clients.
  • Automatic follow-up reminders: When enabled, reminder emails are sent on a schedule you choose (by default +1, +7, +14, and +30 days after the due date). You can pause or stop reminders for any invoice at any time.
  • Card payments via Stripe Connect: If you connect a Stripe account, your clients can pay invoices by card through Stripe. Card payments are processed by Stripe directly to your connected Stripe account — PayChaser AI is not the seller of record for your invoices.
  • Interac instructions: For Canadian businesses, you may provide Interac e-Transfer instructions that are shown on invoices so clients can pay you directly.

The Service is provided as invoicing and communication software. It does not guarantee that any client will pay.

2. Your account and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, client, and invoice information you enter.
  • You are responsible for having the right to contact the clients whose email addresses you enter, and for the content of invoices you send.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
  • If you connect Stripe, you also agree to Stripe’s terms, and you are responsible for your Stripe account, payouts, refunds, and disputes with your clients.

3. Subscription and billing

  • Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.
  • Paid plans: After the trial, the Service is $29 USD per month or $290 USD per year, billed through Stripe via the billing portal.
  • Founding Member price lock: The first 100 paying accounts keep the $29 USD/month price locked for as long as their subscription remains continuously active, subject to these Terms.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
  • We may change pricing for future periods with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect a Founding Member’s locked price while the lock applies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, harassment, or unlawful communications.
  • Enter client information you do not have the right to use, or impersonate another person or business.
  • Create invoices for illegal goods or services, or for transactions you are not entitled to collect.
  • Interfere with, reverse-engineer (except where permitted by law), or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act where they apply to your messages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. No guarantee of payment collection

PayChaser AI sends invoices and reminders on your behalf, but payment depends on your clients. We do not guarantee that invoices will be paid, paid in full, or paid on time, and we are not a collection agency. You remain responsible for your client relationships, payment disputes, refunds, and any collection efforts beyond the automated reminders.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (payments and billing), Supabase (hosting/database), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting). Their availability and terms are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material issues.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danel Express Inc. and PayChaser AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Quebec, Canada, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
